Cancellation Policy
There is a 100% cancellation fee for No show appointments/same day cancelation, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hrs in advance. You will receive a confirmation text 48 hrs before your appointment, reminding you of your appointment, in which you will need to confirm your appointment or cancel the appointment. Please make sure to confirm or cancel the appointment once you receive this notification. Any unconfirmed appointments will be canceled. Be respectful of my time and if you aren’t able to make it cancel your appointment.
Lastly if I am unable to process the cancellation fee or the fee isn’t paid you will be blocked from scheduling any future appointments.
